Japan v. Colombia

Group C offers one of the less straightforward final round of matches. Colombia are through with six points and a +4GD edge on Cote d'Ivoire, the only side that could tie them on points. Behind them, though, any side could finish second—though Cote d'Ivoire will be the favourites. The Africans have three points to Japan and Greece's one each and the goal differential edge, meaning that a draw would be good enough for them to advance unless Japan beat Colombia in a fairly high-scoring affair.
Greece, meanwhile, have the worst goal differential in the group, meaning they need to win against Cote d'Ivoire and Japan cannot. Japan, meanwhile, need to win while getting help from Greece against Cote d'Ivoire. It's all a confusing mess, but Cote d'Ivoire v. Greece is likely the game to watch—if Cote d'Ivoire win, they go through; if Greece win, they go through unless Japan beat Colombia in the other match.
