We don't have much in the way of Liverpool interest today, but there should be at least one member of the current squad in action and a handful of possible transfer targets--including most of the German national team, please--in action throughout the afternoon and evening. Not a particularly overwhelming slate of matches, though it's a chance to see eight World Cup teams take part on the day.
USA v. Turkey

No Liverpool involvement here, but an interesting matchup for the US after their relatively disappointing display against Azerbaijan earlier in the week. Come for the 10-minute monologue at the start of the match about how Landon Donovan isn't in the squad, stay...to see if maybe he shows up.
Germany v. Cameroon
7:30PM BST/2:30PM EST
US TV: Univision
Online: ESPN3, BT Sport 2
Good, brief preview here by Zach Woosley. That's all. Get healthy, Germany. Elizabeth needs you.
Sweden v. Belgium
7:30PM BST/2:30PM EST
Simon Mignolet will likely be backing up Thibaut Courtois in Brazil, but he was also behind Sammy Bossut on Monday against Luxembourg. Mignolet didn't feature in the 5-1 win, and if Courtois is back in the squad it's hard to see Mignolet getting too many minutes. Sweden should at least provide a sterner test for Marc Wilmots' side than Luxembourg did.
France v. Paraguay
8:00PM BST/3:00PM EST
UK TV: BT Sport 1
Online: ESPN3
Mamadou Sakho captained France in their 4-0 win over Norway midweek and played a full ninety minutes, and he looks nailed-on to start alongside Laurent Koscielny once the meaningful matches roll around. Here they'll face a Paraguay side that defeated Cameroon 2-1 on Thursday.
