According to reports, the race is on the sign young Ghanaian winger Kamaldeen Sulemana, with Liverpool, Manchester United and Ajax all currently in the mix.

The 19-year-old is said to be valued at £12m. He currently plays for the Danish club Nordsjaelland, who are owned by the Ghanaian Right to Dream Academy. The Right to Dream Academy was created to nurture the best players in Ghana.

Kamaldeen is on the top of that list right now, having lit up the Danish Superliga in his time there. He currently has 10 goals and six assists from 26 appearances.

Kamaldeen signed a five-year contract with Nordsjaelland in January 2020, but has garnered interest from clubs throughout Europe with his impressive performances. Manchester United appear to be the favorites to sign the youngster, but Liverpool are in the mix as well. The other team currently linked with a move for the player is Ajax.

The Dutch side previously poached his predecessor to the number 10 shirt, Mohammed Kudus, last summer, so they may want to dip in once again.

Kamaldeen seems to fit the mold of young, dynamic, intelligent wingers that Liverpool like so much. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see the teenager make his way to Merseyside this summer.
