The fans have spoken, and they’ve chosen Liverpool Men’s captain Jordan Henderson and Liverpool Women’s striker Rinsola Babajide as the players of the season.

Sadio Mane and Trent Alexander-Arnold rounded out the top three choices.

On the women’s side, it was top scorer Rinsola Babajide who took home the crown. The Liverpool Women had the inverse of the men’s season, getting relegated to the Championship. However, Babajide was a standout, scoring eight goals last season. She also stunned with a four-goal performance against Blackburn Rovers in the FA Cup. In this house, we call four goals in one game a ‘top hat trick’. (Get it? Because a top hat is bigger than a regular...you get it.)

Next on the list of Vicky Jepson’s women were Melissa Lawley and Leighanne Robe.
