Sunderland 0, Liverpool 1: Rank the Performances

Liverpool went to the Stadium of Light with hopes of taking all three points on the road, and did just that thanks to an early Lazar Markovic goal that was emblematic of the wee winger's strong performance on the day. Though the second half was far shakier than the first, there was lots to be positive about after ninety minutes and Liverpool will be hoping to ride this result into their next match against Aston Villa.
