Day twelve of Euro 2016 wraps up both Group C and Group D. In Group C, both Poland and Emre Can's Germany need just a point in their respective games to wrap up automatic qualification for the knockout stages. Northern Ireland have a good chance of joining Wales and England into the last 16 if defeat can be avoided against one of the tournament favourites. Ukraine are going home. In Group D, possible rotation shouldn't alter the fact that Croatia versus Spain is the standout tie of the day. If Croatia lose and Czech Republic beat Turkey, goal difference or teams' disciplinary records will decide second spot. Spain have already qualified but will lose top spot in the event of a loss to Croatia.
