Well, that certainly was not that match we all expected, but what a dramatic win over Fulham at the end of the day. In a match that featured bangers only goals from Liverpool, Trent Alexander-Arnold ran the show from start to finish. He will only be credited with the winning goal, but he created the first with a sensational free kick that came down off the bar and off the back of a hapless Bernd Leno. Alexis Mac Allister hit an absolute rocket from distance for the second goal and was generally tidy on the ball. Wataru Endo came off the bench and made his presence felt with a sensational strike for the third goal to tie the match back up. Mohamed Salah didn’t get his goal today, but was heavily involved. He assisted Endo, and let the team with five key passes. Kostas Tsimikas was a culprit for Fulham’s third goal, but was very good outside of that one moment. He was heavily involved in the attack, assisting Trent and providing four key passes along with leading the team in tackles.
