MANCHESTER UNITED VS LIVERPOOL

| Thursday, May 13th |
Premier League | Old Trafford
8:15PM BST/3:15PM EST

OK. Let’s try this again. After protesters forced a postponement of this fixture a week and a half ago, the two most successful clubs in England are finally set to renew hostilities tonight. Assuming, you know, the planned protests don’t force another postponement (or forfeit).

Liverpool, miraculously, once again control their own destiny in the race for the Top 4. That is assuming Liverpool win out, which would be a tall enough order as is. In order to complete the task, they’ll need a win tonight at Old Trafford, a place where they haven’t recorded a win in any competition since the spring of 2014. IF they can escape their rivals’ gaff with a rare win, it could be a massive confidence boost for the remaining fixtures. Plus, there’s never really a bad time to beat United, right?

Into these, Reds.
