With most of the world self-distancing, with many being ordered to shelter in place, people are starting to go a little stir crazy. Many people, for the sake of themselves and others, are taking to social media to post fun videos. In the world of Liverpool Football Club, there is one clear winner of their content, and that is James Milner.
While Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is posting his fancy footwork in a choreographed dance with his girlfriend Perrie Edwards, and Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson are showing off their free kick skills, James Milner is leaning hard into his “boring” persona. This wholesome content has brought some much needed laughs during a stressful time.
Milner began posting videos showing hilariously boring glimpses into his life while on quarantine. Ever the Yorkshireman, he started out by sorting and rationing tea bags.
Hey @Alex_OxChambo Barrels of laughs here in the Milner household as well - rationing the tea bags for the week #crazydays#somuchtogetonwith#notgotthemovestocompete pic.twitter.com/WLDAJjyHOc

The next act for Jimmy “Thrillner” Milner was to make sure his lawn was cut to perfection, using what is presumed to be his daughters ruler and crafting scissors. Got to have that perfect bowling surface when pitching to his kids.
Now the tea bags are sorted I’ve got time to level out this lawn... wonder if I can borrow Anfield’s Keep off the Grass sign #onebladeatatime #productiveday#snipsnip ✂️ pic.twitter.com/ap510x6mIf

Speaking of his kids, Milner obviously takes homeschooling very seriously. You can never have enough perfectly sharpened number two pencils when teaching Spanish.
Preparing for home school - there will be no slacking off under Mr Milner ✏️ #yessir #staysharp#stayindoors pic.twitter.com/2L0snNfHY8

Finally, Milner went all in when naming his Isolation XI.
Had plenty of time to think about this... here’s my #isolationXI - let me know who would make your squad... #dadjokeseverywhere pic.twitter.com/zIQ3TedkrH

Not only is James Milner winning the league this season, he’s also winning the internet.
