LIVERPOOL VS WEST HAM UNITED
| Monday, February 24th |
Premier League | Anfield
8PM GMT/3PM EST
David Moyes, football genius, has never won at Anfield. Liverpool haven’t lost at Anfield since April 2017. The Reds have never lost back-to-back matches under Jurgen Klopp. Liverpool reeled off a 17-match winning streak in the league before drawing away to Manchester United, and responded by reeling off yet another 17-match winning streak. And counting. It can be extended, thereby equaling FFP cheaters Manchester City’s record of 18 consecutive wins, with a win tonight. All signs point to a Liverpool win, which would reestablish their 22-point cushion at the top of the table, and reduce the number of wins they need to seal their first title in 30 years to 4.
Of course, there’s the matter of going out and proving Liverpool’s superiority once again tonight. I trust these lads to do exactly that.
