At this point, seeing Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane celebrate goals is almost as entertaining as watching them get scored in the first place. Who could say why Mane started copying Firmino’s celebrations in the first place, but it’s been happening for years now, to the delight of the fans.

Or has it?

According to Firmino, in a gaslighting / mirror world controversy for the ages, Mane has apparently claimed credit for creating the celebrations that Firmino is known for.

“I always say to (Sadio) that he copies my celebrations, he copies everything that I do!” said Firmino.

”It’s really funny, we talk about it a lot after games. He says he doesn’t copy me that he creates them. It’s cool and funny. He said he invented that celebration (the way down to one side) as I do it with one hand and he does it with two!”

Is it possible that the copy-er has actually the copy-ee this whole time? We will, of course, be bringing you all the breaking news on this story as it becomes available to us.
