Salah represented Egypt in the African Cup of Nations in his home country, but unfortunately exited the tournament in the Round of 16 in a surprise upset to South Africa. Both Firmino and Alisson helped Brazil to win the Copa America. Alisson ended up winning the tournament’s golden gloves award, given to the best goalkeeper in the tournament. Alisson ended the 2018-2019 campaign winning the golden gloves award in the Premier League, Champions League, and now the Copa America. Firmino netted 2 goals for Brazil throughout the tournament.
All three players should be healthy and good to go for the first Premier League match on August 9th against Norwich. They face a race for fitness to feature in the Community Shield match on August 4th against Manchester City.
