LIVERPOOL VS PORTO

| Tuesday, April 9th |
Champions League | Anfield
8PM BST/3PM EDT

The Champions League has a habit of making unlikely rivalries, and for the second time in as many years Liverpool have drawn Portuguese Champions Porto in the knockout rounds. Liverpool made the second leg purely academic after a thrilling 5-0 result away in the first leg, and would like to do the same in front of the Anfield faithful this time around. While such a lopsided tie is unlikely this time around, Liverpool enter as strong favorites, and it certainly is not beyond their capacity to put this one to bed early. After three (arguably 5) heart-attack inducing wins on the bounce, a comfortable win would be welcomed tonight.
