Chelsea are coming to Anfield in late April while Liverpool are in a title chase with Manchester City. By now, the 2013-14 match has been replayed so often that I’m bleeding from the eyeballs. And every single fan who doesn’t support Liverpool wants the Reds to slip up again. My Twitter mentions are routinely filled with that gif.

With that in mind, Jamie Carragher issued a warning on Sky Sports to the London club that this year will be different than five years ago.

Martin Tyler asked his Sky Sports colleague if Liverpool have a score to settle with Chelsea and Carragher answered emphatically: “Yes.”

“Another question to be answered. We all know what happened the last time Liverpool were going for the title. It will be a huge atmosphere.” Carragher added. “Another game ticked off. There is a huge rivalry between Liverpool and Chelsea over the years. Add into the mix what happened last time Liverpool were going for the title.”

Before focusing on Chelsea, Liverpool have to think about Porto in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Champions League on Tuesday.
