LIVERPOOL VS GENK

| Saturday, November 5th |
Champions League | Anfield
8PM GMT/3PM EST

If things shake out correctly for Liverpool tonight, the Reds could find themselves needing just a single point in their remaining two matches to guarantee qualification for the knockout rounds of the Champions League. Such a scenario would presume wins for Napoli and—just as important—Liverpool.

The Reds were simply too much for the Belgian side two weeks ago, trotting off 4-1 winners on the night. However, it wasn’t always easy. A tight offside call chalked off a would-be Genk equalizer in the first half, and Liverpool went into the interval clinging to a 1-0 lead. Liverpool shouldn’t have too much to fear, especially within the safe confines of Anfield. If Klopp’s charges play as well as they did last time out, they should have too much for Genk once again.
