January keeps moving right along at a pace that very little of us here expected. With the deals with Bournemouth basically, mostly, coming out of the blue, we’re forced to pay a little more attention to the January window than... I guess we were planning on.
Case in point: Youngster and U23’s mainstay Kamil Grabara been loaned out to Danish Superliga club AGF Aarhus for the remainder of the season. Of course the deal is subject to international clearances, as usual, but if all goes well he’ll be part of the squad when their fixtures resume in early February.
Grabara joined the Liverpool Academy in 2016 and has regularly trained with the first team at Melwood, as well as featuring in Neil Critchley’s U23 side. He featured in preseason friendlies against Tranmere Rovers and Manchester United in 2018 and was named on the bench for the first time in the Carabao Cup match against Chelsea this season.
