IT’S FINALLY TIME. The Premier League starts anew when West Ham come up to Merseyside, proving to be the first guinea pig for this new team to beat up. Sunday will be the first step towards a long season, but it’s the long awaited first step towards what will hopefully be a sparkling, silverware-laden season. While Liverpool will have some fairly significant misses, this will be a good practice for the new squad - including brand new and no longer the world’s most expensive ‘keeper Alisson Becker - to get the first taste of what the Premier League is all about.
