MANCHESTER CITY vs. LIVERPOOL
| Tuesday, April 10th |
Champions League | Etihad Stadium
7:45PM GMT/2:45PM EST
3-0 up after an absolutely perfect first leg, so why am I suddenly so nervous? Regardless of their “halftime” lead, Liverpool will need to be firing on all cylinders in order to survive a likely Manchester City assault, and advance to the Champions League semifinals. Because of the away goal rule, a single goal for the Reds means the home side will need to score at least five. So. Let’s do that. Or, better yet, just smash ‘em like we did the last two times out. Yeah, that’s better for the nerves, surely.
