Swansea City 1, Liverpool 0: Man of the Match

Well, that was a bit shit then. Eight days after dominating presumptive champions Manchester City, Liverpool weren’t able to make the break against the worst team in the Premier League and drop all three points. Mostly, now, it’s a question of who was worse rather than who was best—midfield was lifeless, attack toothless, and Virgil van Dijk headed a clearance straight to Swansea to grab an assist on the game’s only goal.
