Adam Lallana Has Opinions On Who The Next James Bond Should Be

I tried to make the headline as un-clickbaity as possible, but there’s a chance you may have been lured here under false pretenses. For that, I am sorry. This is a funny story but it’s not exactly earth-shattering. I’ll understand if you want to stop reading here.

Right, so, here’s the deal.

A few days ago Adam Lallana went to the cricket. The England international has been given an extended summer break due to his Three Lions commitments. (He’s expected to report to Melwood within the next week or two.)

With a little extra time on his hands, Lallana showed up at Lord’s for the opening day of the test series between England and South Africa. While there, he ran into a prominent Liverpool fan— actor Damian Lewis.

I mean look, obviously Lallana was joking around. He’s not actually wading into the debate over who should succeed Daniel Craig (who is, somewhat controversially, also a Liverpool fan).

That said— I can kinda see it?
