Happy holidays, Reds family! The Liverpool Ladies rang in this Christmas the best way possible: bringing a bit of festive cheer (and gifts!) to the children at Alder Hey Children's Hospital this week.
The players decided to scrap their usual Secret Santa gift exchange this year and instead donate presents to the hospital. Gemma Bonner, Niamh Charles, Martha Harris and Caroline Weir represented the team in delivering the presents.

“It's a real privilege to be able to visit Alder Hey and meet such inspirational people,” Bonner said. “Each year the squad take part in 'Secret Santa', but this year we decided we would like to do something more beneficial and give something back to the local community.
"It is a really tough time of year for the children to be in hospital but I hope that we managed to cheer everyone up and give them all a boost ahead of Christmas."
Wishing you and yours a wonderful day and a lovely New Year. Liverpool Ladies will be back in action against Yeovil Town Ladies FC on January 6th.
