Maribor 0, Liverpool 7: Man of the Match

It’s just one game and too early to say Liverpool have rediscovered their form, but if they continue to find success in the coming weeks this will be its starting point as they scored early and often in what quickly turned into a training session against Slovenia’s champions. Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, and Philippe Coutinho all stood out in attack, but there were no real weak performances on a highly enjoyable Champions League night.
