Liverpool 4, Leicester City 1: Man of the Match

A High press and slick passing set the tone for Liverpool early on their way to a fully deserved 4-1 victory overLeicester in their first home match of the 2016-17 season, with Adam Lallana and Roberto Firmino leading the way from the front. A few nervy moments in their own end prevented it from being a perfect day, but on the whole there was little to complain about for Reds fans.
