With the 2016 Euros coming up in a few months, the March international break mostly means friendlies for Liverpool’s players off on duty with their national teams. Today’s game is the highlight of the first week of international action, at least for Liverpool fans, as basically half of the first team are set to face each other when Germany hosts England in a friendly.
Friendlies are never particularly friendly when it's Germany and England battling it out. Plenty of Liverpool players are expected to see action, including Emre Can for the German side and Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Daniel Sturridge, Adam Lallana, and Nathaniel Clyne all potentially available for England. The game will be half entertainment and half flinching at every wayward tackle.
Kickoff: 7:45PM GMT/3:45PM EST

Keeping track of Liverpool’s players next week, on Tuesday, Philippe Coutinho's Brazil will have a World Cup Qualifier in Paraguay. Meanwhile, for friendlies, England takes on the Netherlands, Germany hosts Italy, France hosts Russia, and the Belgium vs. Portugal game, originally set to take place in Belgium, has been relocated to Portugal for security reasons.
