Middlesbrough 0, Liverpool 3: Man of the Match

Having struggled in their last two league games, Liverpool took advantage of facing off against the Premier League's lowest scorers in a mid-week match and eased to a comfortable 3-0 victory. In the end, Middlesbrough didn't make for difficult opponents, and that was exactly what the Reds needed to hopefully build a little bit of confidence ahead of their congested holiday run.
