It took 210 minutes of football and seven rounds of penalties, but in the end, Liverpool are through to the Capital One Cup finals. They didn’t make it easy for themselves, and some terrible officiating certainly didn’t help, but in the end the Reds did just enough to deserve the trip to Wembley where they will face off against the winner of Everton vs. Manchester City tomorrow.
