Liverpool's preseason tour of Asia has been nothing short of a success, with the Merseyside outfit racking up three wins and a draw from four outings across the continent. There may be a few lingering doubts with regards to Liverpool's unconvincing threat in front of goal, but those fears should be alleviated with the high-profile arrivals of Roberto Firmino and Christian Benteke.
Those hoping to see the new recruits line up with their teammates for the first time in Finland will have to remain patient, however, as they're instead likely to feature in Sunday's low-key friendly against Swindon Town. Other noticeable absentees include Emre Can and - more worryingly - Mamadou Sakho, but Reds fans will be reassured to know that Liverpool's reigning Player of the Year Philippe Coutinho will get his first taste of preseason after recently featuring for the U21s, but it remains to be seen whether he'll be sharp enough come the big kick off next weekend.
For those that did make the trip, this is their last chance to step up their preparations for Liverpool's opening clash with Stoke City. It's likely that Brendan Rodgers already has an idea of who will start at the Britannia, but there's still time for his fringe players to pose questions. For the likes of Danny Ings and Joe Gomez, it's a final opportunity to force their way into the manager's plans after already exceeding expectations this preseason.
