It's been a largely unpleasant week despite the news that Jordan Henderson has extended his current deal, with plenty of discussion about the future of the club and its manager in the wake of the loss to Aston Villa in the semifinals of the FA Cup. With any chance at silverware gone, Liverpool are now left to play for pride (and the slimmest of chances to qualify for the top four), as well as to try to get things settled ahead of what's sure to be another important summer. That effort starts here against West Brom, who will feel confident under a manager who's never lost a home fixture against Liverpool in the top flight.
