A two-legged semi-final separates Liverpool from a Wembley trip, and they'll look to get the upper hand tonight against Chelsea in the first leg at Anfield.

With a title chase in league already gone, Liverpool's hopes for silverware are left to the cup competitions. At the present moment, the League Cup presents the best opportunity despite the fact that they're facing Chelsea, as they face the Blues tonight in the semi-final with two legs to try to advance past the current Premier League leaders. A result in tonight's first leg would be a significant step toward Wembley and a wonderful send-off for captain Steven Gerrard.
