Champions League Open Thread: Paris in the Autumn Edition

New, comments

The second round of Champions League group stage matches kick off today with PSG v. Barcelona and Manchester City v. Roma headlining.

The second week of Champions League action sees a handful of big-name matchups to choose from. For many, the biggest of the bunch is PSG taking on Barcelona, whose access to Luis Suarez for football-related activities as yet remains about in line with Liverpool's. The other big match today has Manchester City hosting Roma, while a pair of intriguing undercards have a Portuguese influence: Shakhtar Donetsk host Porto in Lviv and Chelsea travel to face Sporting in Lisbon.

And for the football hipsters there's FC BATE Borisov hosting Atheltic Bilbao so you can tell everyone how awesome the match that nobody saw was.
