Preparations for the World Cup have already been underway since the club season ended, but the start of the friendly run-in officially signals that there's things actually happening. There will be a handful of Liverpool players taking part for at least one of the sides in action, and there's a chance as many as three could have current or future Liverpool players involved.
England v. Peru

We already have confirmation that four current squad members will be starting--Glen Johnson gets the nod at right-back, Steven Gerrard and Jordan Henderson will start in the midfield, and Daniel Sturridge will lead the attack along with Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck. From the looks of it Welbeck edged out Raheem Sterling for a starting spot, and the young winger will be on the bench with Rickie Lambert, who's reportedly set to be announced as a Liverpool player on Monday. Adam Lallana is included in the eleven as well, giving Liverpool seven players either in the current squad or set/rumored to join.
Spain v. Bolivia
9:00PM BST/4:00PM EST

UK TV: Premier Sports

Pepe Reina is in the 30-man (and likely the 23 as well when it's announced) as Liverpool's only official squad member, but most will be hoping for a chance to see Alberto Moreno in action at some point. The young fullback has an outside chance at making Vicente Del Bosque's final squad, which will be named on June 2. Even if he doesn't end up getting selected, it would be nice to see Moreno get a run-out of some sort.
Uruguay v. Northern Ireland
12:30AM BST/7:30PM EST
UK TV: BBC Red Button
This comes far too early for Luis Suarez, who likely won't feature much--if at all--in any of Uruguay's friendlies before their opener against Costa Rica on June 14th. It'll be interesting to see if Sebastian Coates gets any time; like Del Bosque, Oscar Tabarez hasn't yet named his final roster, and Coates is probably on the fringes.
