A handful of Premier League matches, some Bundesliga action, and a host of kickoffs later in the day across the continent to discuss.

We've got some time to kill before Liverpool kick off down at Southampton, and thankfully there's a few earlier starts that are worth following. Felix Magath will surely out-mindgame Jose Mourinho but probably won't see his Fulham side take any points off Chelsea at Craven Cottage, while Stoke host Arsenal in a match that's seen the home supporters threaten Aaron Ramsey because he celebrated a goal against them after Ryan Shawcross snapped his leg. You really wouldn't expect this from Stoke supporters, would you?

There's lower league action as well, with Andre Wisdom set to continue in the Derby side and Conor Coady likely starting for Sheffield United. Two of the Bundesliga's top three will be in action early as well, but the most interesting match in Germany will start at the same time as Liverpool's, with Schalke visiting Bayern on the heels of their 6-1 loss against Real Madrid midweek.
