Yesterday's action saw Liverpool's internationals experience plenty of success--Steven Gerrard captained England to a resounding victory against Moldova (though he played a full ninety grumblegrumble), Martin Skrtel and Slovakia earned a narrow 1-0 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina, Daniel Agger's Denmark got an unnecessarily nervy 2-1 result at Malta, and Luis Suarez got a brace in Uruguay's much-needed 2-1 win in Peru. And, much to our collective dismay, there's even more to come. Join the conversation on the Liverpool Offside and let us know your thoughts on the day's various goings on as World Cup qualification continues to move forward, with today's focus shifting to Africa and CAF qualifying.

Nigeria v. Malawi
Saturday, September 7th
4:00PM BST/11:00AM EST
We haven't yet had the chance to see him play in a Liverpool shirt, but Victor Moses will be worth following in a critical Group F encounter. The reigning ACON champions sit top of the group on nine points through five matches played, but Malawi are only two points back and can go top with a win. Nigeria will obviously hope to create some distance with all three points, which would leave them the clear favorites to progress to Round Three's home-and-away playoff ties that determine World Cup qualification once and for all.
