Reportedly, Atletico Madrid has informally accepted a bid with the total value of £27m that may or may not include Luis Garcia. Whether or not Torres joins Liverpool is apparently completely up to him and he will announce his decision on July 10th, when he returns from holiday. It is expected that he'll accept the transfer. The only thing that sucks is that we will have to wait even longer for a major signing. I hope Rafa will move on now and try to add a central defender or right back, which is even more of a need in my opinion.
