It's amazing what a thread about Liverpool vs Everton can lead to and in this case a conversation began whose soul was caffeine fueled.A common appreciation for the heavenly, yet very earthy gift that is coffee, connected us and It wasn't long before various ingredients were added and what soon percolated was a richly smooth and dark roasted brew that heightened the senses to a place that is Monday Morning Coffee.....espresso edition. Next week it could well be an americano edition or maybe a blonde roast. But this is a communal Post...and if someone else wishes to open the door on any particular Monday morning then please let us know in the comments below before the Saturday prior.
So, welcome and come inside, the door is open and a new day is dawning to the sounds of yawning people, barking dogs and the gradually increasing flow of traffic. Rub the sleep from your eyes and sink into a comfy chair amid the company of fellow TLO'ers and lets share some banter about the past weekend of football or any humorous, insightful or just plain common happenings. Maybe a movie you just went to see.
I'll share a couple of thoughts.
My first thought is how consistent I am with the measurements needed for the right tasting cup of coffee. Of course every cup still remains uniquely different in the smallest ways but still fully trusted and satisfying. I wish the same could be said for the officiating in the EPL....sigh.
Secondly my thoughts wander into the realm of friends. How far will we go out of our way for friends? It seems that one of Sakho's is willing to travel all the way from Russia to watch his new team and when he isn't even playing no less. Friends are good to have...so treat them well, treat yourself well and for the OTL'ers here I want to extend my hand and shake all of yours as we enter each other's homes, workplaces and hearts/minds via this internet community.
So here we are.....remember,this isn't a normal FanPost but a place to come hang out whenever you want, talking about whatever you want (remaining respectful of course),it's ours.
It may work,it may not but let's see what happens.
